A statement such as, 'I bequeathed two-thirds of my estate to so-and-so, if I die before him, it belongs to him,' is valid. Similarly, a statement, 'I bequeathed two-thirds of my estate to so-and-so; if the absent person arrives, it is his,' is valid.
