If an apostate returns to Islam before someone else administers the Qasamah oath concerning the inheritance, is the right to Qasamah reinstated for him?

According to the established doctrine (Qiyas al-Madhhab), if the person reverts to Islam before the division of the inheritance is sworn upon, he re-enters the process and has a right to the oath, as his right to inheritance is established upon his return before the partition is finalized.

Al-Qadi holds that the right to Qasamah does not return to him because the right had already been established based on the claim of another party.
