Is the blood money for a fetus (*janīn*) borne by the *aqilah*?

The blood money for a fetus is not borne by the *aqilah* unless the fetus dies along with its mother from the same strike, because the totality of their blood money exceeds one-third of the full *diyah*. If it were to be borne by the *aqilah*, it would be because it is a full *diyah* for a human being.
