The compensation for the Daami'gah is the same as that for the Ma'muumah. Our jurists omitted mentioning the Daami'gah separately because its established compensation is equal to that of the Ma'muumah.

One opinion suggests that in addition to the Ma'muumah compensation, customary assessment (hukuma) is required due to the piercing of the brain membrane. Another possibility is that scholars refrained from mentioning it because survival is rare in such cases.
