Half the Diyah is due for the loss of one eyebrow, as anything for which the full Diyah is due in both entities warrants half the Diyah for one, similar to the ruling for the two hands.
Supporting text
For the partial loss of any of the mentioned hairs (beard, eyebrows, eyelashes), compensation is due proportionally to the total Diyah, measured by area, just as with the earlobe or the tip of the nose.
