Primary text
For any limb whose function is entirely lost while its physical form persists, such as a paralyzed leg, finger, or male organ, the compensation follows the two established rulings. One ruling sets the compensation at one-third of the full Diyah. The alternative ruling mandates an expert determination of the amount (Hukuma).
