Must the heir accept payment in the designated types of assets for blood money (Diyya)?

Primary text
The heir is obligated to accept whatever the killer or the assisting kin (Aqilah) presents from the established principal assets designated for Diyya. The heir has no right to demand anything else, whether the payment is of the specified type or not. This is because these assets serve as the primary means for discharging the obligation, and any one of them suffices, placing the choice with the party upon whom the obligation rests. This is analogous to the choices in expiation (Kaffarah) or the two sheep options in Zakat when payment is due in dirhams.
