The fetus of a partially freed female slave shares the same status as the mother regarding freedom; if half of her is free, then half of the fetus is free. For the free half of the fetus, there is half of the blood money (Ghurra) due to her heirs. For the remaining slave half, there is one-tenth of the mother's value due to her master.
