What is the liability regarding a breach of partition required for medical treatment of two penetrating wounds?

If the partition between two wounds must be breached for medical treatment, and the injured person, or someone acting by his order, or his guardian, or a physician acting by his order, breaches it, there is no penalty for breaching the partition. The original perpetrator remains liable for two-thirds of the diya for the two wounds.
