What is the liability for rupturing an unhealed part of a wound?

If the perpetrator ruptures a part of the wound that had not healed, he is not liable for the partial indemnity (arsh) of a penetrating wound. His ruling is the same as that of one who inflicted an injury where none of it had healed.
