What is the liability if a third party or the injured party breaches a partition between two separate penetrating wounds?

If a third party or the injured person breaches the partition between two existing penetrating wounds, the first perpetrator owes two-thirds of the diya, and the second perpetrator (the third party) owes one-third of the diya. The portion corresponding to the action of the injured party is waived.
