Who is liable when the shooter intentionally strikes someone presented towards a target?

Primary text
If the shooter intentionally aims and strikes the person presented towards the target, liability rests solely upon the shooter. This is because the shooter is the direct actor (*mubashir*), while the presenter is merely the cause (*mutasabbib*), drawing an analogy to the case of one who restrains another (*mumsik*) versus the one who kills (*qatil*).
