Who is liable when someone is hit by an unintentional arrow while being presented towards a target?

Primary text
If a person is presented towards a target at which people are shooting, and they are struck by an arrow unintentionally, liability rests upon the *aqilah* (blood-relatives responsible for compensating accidental death or injury) of the one who presented the victim. This is because the shooter is analogous to the digger of a pit, and the presenter is analogous to the pusher, thus liability falls upon the presenter's *aqilah*. Liability is established by the principle that the presenter is the cause, similar to the one who pushes someone into harm.
