If the penis of a eunuch is cut along with both testicles, what is the prescribed compensation?

If the penis and testicles are severed simultaneously, or the penis is cut followed by the testicles, two Diyahs are incumbent. If the testicles are cut first, followed by the penis, only one Diyah is due for the testicles, and a 'hukuma' for the penis, as it is the penis of a eunuch. Al-Qadi states that Ahmad explicitly confirmed this ruling.
