Who possesses the right of Qasamah when a slave purchased by a slave permitted to trade (*Ma'dhun*) is killed?

The *Qasamah* belongs exclusively to the master of the slave who was purchased by the *Ma'dhun* (slave permitted to trade). This is because anything the *Ma'dhun* acquires belongs to his master, and the master has the right to seize it from the *Ma'dhun*.
