What is the prescribed blood-money (Diyya) for non-Muslim women?

Primary text
The Diyya for women belonging to other religions is equal to the Diyya of their men up to one-third (al-thuluth) of the man's Diyya. This is based on the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "The blood-money of a woman is like the blood-money of a man, until it reaches one-third of her Diyya." Another reasoning is that since it is the Diyya of a woman, it equates to the Diyya of the man of her own religion, similar to Muslim women. An alternative view suggests that the woman's Diyya equals the man's Diyya up to the extent of one-third of the Diyya of a Muslim man, as this is the significant portion where the half-rate generally applies, which corresponds to the Diyya of a Muslim.
