The majority of scholars hold that half the Diyah is due for one testicle. This is reported from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, who stated that the left testicle incurs two-thirds of the Diyah and the right one-third, due to the left one having a greater benefit in procreation.
Supporting text
The primary view holds that for anything where Diyah is due for two parts, half the Diyah is due for one part, analogous to the hands and other limbs. Furthermore, since they are countable items for which a Diyah is due, their compensation must be equal, unlike fingers or eyelids whose compensation is equal despite varying benefits.
