The Diyah is fully prescribed for the penis based on the Prophet's letter to Amr ibn Hazm: "And for the penis is the Diyah." Since the penis possesses both beauty and function, its Diyah is complete, analogous to the nose and the tongue. If it becomes paralyzed, its Diyah is due because its function is lost, similar to the paralysis of the tongue.
