Primary text
There is consensus among scholars that the Diyah for the two legs is the full Diyah, and for one leg, half the Diyah is due. This is reported from 'Umar and 'Ali, and held by Qatadah, Malik, the People of Medina, Al-Thawri, the People of Iraq, Al-Shafi'i, Ishaq, Abu Thawr, and the People of Ra'y.
