What is the ruling when a claimant accuses one known person and another unknown person of murder?

If the claimant asserts that one known person and another unknown person killed the deceased, and the identifier has evidence suggesting bias (*lawth*), the identifier must swear fifty oaths. Upon swearing, the identifier is entitled to half the blood money (*diyyah*). If the other person is subsequently identified, the identifier swears against that person and receives half the blood money.
