What is the ruling on completing oaths if the judge who administered some of them is replaced?

If an individual swears some oaths and the administering judge is subsequently removed and replaced by another, the individual completes the remaining oaths based on what was already sworn. A new set of oaths is not required because the previous oaths were duly established.
