The established certainty (Yaqin) concerning the fetus must be observed, which is the ruling pertaining to the fetus of the Dhimmi. If the paternity is subsequently attributed to the Dhimmi, the Muslim has fulfilled his obligation. If the paternity is attributed to the Muslim, the full requirement of Ghurra (blood money for an unborn child) is due from him.
