What is the ruling if the fracture of the vertebra causes the loss of the ability to have sexual intercourse?

If the breaking of the vertebra causes the loss of the ability to have sexual intercourse, the full Diyah is obligatory. This is reported from 'Ali, peace be upon him, because sexual function is an intended benefit, similar to the loss of the ability to walk.
