What is the ruling when an one-eyed person removes the eye of a sound-eyed person, and the removed eye matches the existing eye of the assailant?

If the one-eyed person intentionally removes the eye that matches his own sound eye, no retaliation (qisas) is due, and a full blood-money payment is required. This aligns with the view of Saeed bin Al-Musayyib, Atāʼ, and one narration from Mālik.
