It is plausible that uniformity should be applied between Muslims, considering that in both cases the witnesses are not currently liable as Asaba, but become so upon the occurrence of an event not currently realized; thus, they are equal. The possibility of a poor man becoming rich is analogous to the possibility of a living person dying, indeed, death is inevitable, as every living soul tastes death, while not every poor person becomes wealthy. Therefore, what is established in one scenario must be established in the other, leading to two possible rulings in both instances, transferring the ruling of one situation to the other.
