What is the ruling if a tooth that has been blunted is subsequently extracted?

If the tooth, which was previously blunted, is subsequently extracted, a full *diya* (blood money) is due because it was originally a sound and complete tooth, thus its full blood money is due, similar to a *mudtariba* (loosened/shaky) tooth.
