Primary text
If the wall leans toward a private alley (*darb ghayr nafidh*), the right to demand demolition belongs to the residents of that alley because ownership is vested in them. Demolition is mandatory upon the demand of any one of them, but liability is not absolved by the waiver or delay granted by one person unless all residents consent, as the right belongs to all of them.
