Determining religious status when the deceased leaves two Muslim sons and two non-Muslim parents, and their religions are disputed.

Primary text
When two Muslim sons dispute the religion of their parents with two non-Muslim parents, the status of the parents being non-Muslim is treated as confirmation of their original religion. This is because a child before puberty is judged according to the religion of their parents, establishing that the parents were non-Muslim. If the two sons claim the parents were Muslim, the statement of the parents (that they were non-Muslim) prevails.
