Items that follow the dwelling in a sale, such as installed doors, buried vats (khawabi), nailed shelves, nailed ladders, keys, and the established lower millstone (hajar al-tahthani) of a mill, belong to the lessor (al-Mukri). This is because these items are considered appurtenances of the dwelling, similar to a deeply rooted tree.
