Is a party required to present their evidence again when a third claimant enters the dispute with contradictory evidence?

Primary text
If a third party claims the item and presents evidence, their evidence stands in opposition to Zayd's evidence. Zayd is not required to present his evidence again because it has already been presented once. In a situation of conflict between two pieces of evidence, both are considered equal concerning their testimony status at the time of dispute, eliminating the need for repetition. Just as evidence accepted after verification does not require re-testimony, Zayd's established proof suffices here.
