Primary text
If a house is composed of four separate units, and one occupant resides in one unit while another occupant resides in the remaining three, and a dispute arises over the house, each party retains possession of the unit they currently occupy. This is because each unit is distinct and separable from the others, and the one currently occupied does not share the established possession with the one claiming the rest.
