What is the ruling if a claimant asserts ownership of an animal dating back ten years, but evidence shows the animal is less than ten years old?

If a claimant provides evidence stating an animal has been his for ten years, but it is found that the animal is younger than ten years, the evidence is deemed false. The animal remains the property of the person currently in possession of it.
