Primary text
If each party claims the sheep in the other's possession is offspring (nutaaj) derived from his own sheep, the conflict pertains only to the claim of offspring, not the ownership of the sheep themselves. The ruling follows the previous disposition concerning the possession of the original sheep, as it is impossible for both claims of direct offspring to be simultaneously valid.
