What is the ruling if the party who made the admission (the possessor) later claims ownership for themselves?

Primary text
If the party who initially admitted the property belonged to another subsequently claims it for themselves, their claim is not heard because they previously admitted they did not own it; thus, retraction of their admission is not accepted. The ruling for an incapacitated person regarding claims against them is the same as the ruling for an absent person, as previously detailed.
