Primary text
The lineage of both boys is established through the testimony of their respective witnesses. There is no conflict between the testimonies because it is permissible for each piece of evidence to establish a fact that the other testimony was unaware of. Consequently, the inheritance of the deceased man is to be divided between the two established sons.
