What must be stated if a free man claims to have married a female slave?

If the woman is a slave (*amah*) and the man is free (*hurr*), based on the necessity of stating prerequisites, it is required that the claimant mentions the absence of a superior guardian (*toul*) and the fear of hardship (*'anata*), as these are conditions for the validity of her marriage.
