The paternal cousins of the Prophet (peace be upon him), such as Al-Zubayr ibn al-Awwam, Abdullah, and Al-Muhajir (the sons of Abu Umayyah), and Banu Jahsh, are not entitled to the share designated for Dhawi al-Qurba. This is confirmed because the distribution was restricted to Banu Hashim and Banu al-Muttalib based on their specific historical association mentioned in the supporting hadith.
