Is a person entitled to the share of Dhawi al-Qurba if their mother is from Banu Hashim or Banu al-Muttalib but their father is from another lineage?

A person is not entitled to the share if their mother belongs to Banu Hashim or Banu al-Muttalib while their father belongs to a different lineage. The evidence for this is that the Prophet (peace be upon him) did not grant any portion to the relatives of his mother (Banu Zahra), but rather distributed the shares to the paternal relatives. The report from Jubayr confirms that relatives through the mother's side were not given anything.
