Primary text
If an individual meets the criteria for two distinct categories, they are permitted to receive a share based on each category individually. For instance, a poor debtor receives charity to cover both their poverty and their debt, as the person embodying both conditions is treated as two separate entities, each meeting one criterion, similar to inheritance division involving dual relationships. If a bequest is made to relatives and to the poor, the relative who is also poor is entitled to two shares.
