What is the recommended distribution order if the donor (Rabb al-Sadaqah) personally distributes their charity?

If the owner of the charity undertakes the distribution, it is recommended that they begin with their own family members, distributing based on priority of need (most severe need first), favoring those whose kinship is closest, and giving to whomever they are able.
