What is the ruling if the custodian buries the deposit?
General Chapter

Book of Deposits
Primary text
If the custodian buries the item in a place and informs a trustworthy person who has access to the location, and the item is not harmed by burial, it is treated as depositing it with that person. If he buries it without informing anyone, he is liable due to negligence, as he cannot guarantee its retrieval if he dies or forgets the location. If he informs an untrustworthy person, he is liable because the person might take it. If he informs a trustworthy person who lacks physical access to the location, he has been negligent, as he neither formally deposited it nor can he maintain control over it.
