When death is imminent upon the custodian, the ruling is the same as the ruling for travel, concerning all preceding provisions. This is because both travel and impending death are causes leading to the trust property leaving the custodian's possession.

The only exception is regarding taking the property along, as the justification for movement or disposal differs between the two scenarios.
