What is the ruling regarding the share of the administrator/collector when the owner personally handles the distribution of their Zakat?

Primary text
If a man personally undertakes the disbursement of his Zakat, the entitlement share for the administrators/collectors is dropped. This is because the administrator receives payment for their labor, and if the owner manages the distribution, there is no administrator requiring wages, thus negating their claim.
