When is divorce effective if suspended upon the wife's will?

If the one who suspended the divorce upon his will goes insane, the divorce takes effect immediately. This is because he has enacted the divorce and suspended its nullification upon a condition that has not been met. Likewise, if he dies, the divorce takes effect immediately.
