Does drinking from a receptacle containing water after swearing not to drink from a specific container break the oath?
Chapter on Explicit Divorce and Others

Book of Divorce
Primary text
If one swears, "I will not drink from this vessel," and pours the contents into another, larger vessel from which direct drinking is impossible, the oath is broken. This is because the original vessel is considered an instrument of drinking, and the oath pertains to the act associated with that specific instrument. If the second vessel were small enough to drink from directly, the oath would not be broken.
Supporting text
If the original vessel was large and drinking directly from it was impossible, the oath is only broken by drinking the water itself, not merely by interacting with the large vessel.
