What is the general consensus regarding the preceding rulings concerning divorced women who have already been consummated?

The rulings concerning multiple divorces resulting from nested or successive conditional pronouncements for a wife with whom consummation has taken place are the established Madhhab of Al-Shafi'i and Ahl al-Ra'y (the People of Opinion). No known contrary opinion exists regarding these specific cases for consummated wives.
