What happens to the conditional divorce if the wife becomes irrevocably divorced (bain) before the conditions for subsequent divorces are met?

If the waiting period ends and she becomes irrevocably divorced from him, and the second year begins while she is divorced from him, no divorce occurs because she is no longer his wife. Furthermore, according to the view of Al-Tamimi and those who agree with him, the condition dissolves upon its first occurrence during the state of final separation (baynunah) and does not revive under any circumstance, even if they remarry.
