What is the legal consequence of a husband saying to his wife, 'Every time I divorce you, you are divorced'?

Primary text
If a husband states, 'Every time I divorce you, you are divorced' (kullama talqutuki fa anti taliqu), this formulation necessitates repetition. If he subsequently states, 'You are divorced' (anti taliqu), two divorces occur: one from the immediate utterance and the second from the conditional stipulation. A third divorce does not occur because the second one did not result from him initiating a new divorce following the establishment of the condition, as the statement requires him to perform a new divorce action. The second divorce is established by the preceding conditional statement.
