Legal effect of saying 'O divorcée' (Ya taliq) to one's wife followed by a conditional divorce statement.

If a husband says to his wife, "O divorcée, you are divorced if you enter the house," one divorce immediately occurs by the utterance "O divorcée." A second divorce remains suspended upon the condition of entering the house. This ruling stands unless the husband specifies a contrary intention (niyyah).
