If the husband states, "You are divorced three times, O divorcée, if you enter the house," and he possesses no specific intention (niyyah), one divorce takes effect immediately due to the address ("O divorcée"). The remaining two divorces remain suspended upon entering the house.

Muhammad ibn al-Hasan holds that the condition applies to both pronouncements in such cases, meaning nothing takes effect immediately.
